Paper Submissions
Please note that this year’s conference will be online.
You should submit an abstract in the first instance. On acceptance, you will be invited to submit a full paper.
Abstracts of up to 250 words are invited. They should be written in English, giving a brief outline of the paper including aims, methodology, findings, and conclusion.
Submissions for CCD2021 are being managed using EasyChair. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to sign up on your first access (there is no charge for this).
To submit an abstract, log in to the EasyChair website for CCD2021 and click on the “New Submission” link at the top left of the menu bar. Follow the on screen instructions and fill out all of the required information. Click on the “Submit” link to submit your abstracts. Please do not submit the full paper at this stage.
All abstracts will be peer reviewed and included in the Book of Abstracts.

Deadline for submission of abstracts: 19 February 2021
Full papers will be invited on acceptance of abstracts.
To submit a paper, log in to the EasyChair website for CCD2021 and click on the “Submission #” or “My Submissions” link in the menu bar. To submit a draft paper, click on the “Add file” link in the right hand menu, and select the file you want to upload – which must be in Word format. Once you have uploaded a draft paper, you may upload a revised version by clicking on the “Update file” link in the right hand menu.
Papers should be 1000-3000 words, including abstract, keywords, and references, and should be submitted in Word format, using 12 point font.
Please use the following structure:
- Title
- Author(s) name(s)
- Affiliation(s)
- Title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on a separate sheet
- Abstract
- Keywords – up to five
- Main text
- References using Harvard system
- Attachments – tables, figures etc
- Tables and figures should be submitted separately, with an indication in the text of where they should appear
Deadline for full papers: 2 April 2021.
All papers will be peer reviewed. You should submit a revised version, taking account of the reviewers’ comments.
Deadline for final revised paper: 30 April 2021.
All final revised papers will be included in the Book of Proceedings with an assigned ISBN.
